If you are looking for opportunities for practising your Dutch, we can offer you language courses for children, chat cafés, easy-to-follow theatre performances, booklets with words and pictures and much more.
Dutch language lessons
The Crescendo-CVO adult education centre, provides Dutch language classes in GC de Kam.
Café Combinne
Wil je gezellig in het Nederlands praten? In Café Combinne oefen je Nederlands én ontmoet je mensen uit je buurt. We praten over dagelijkse onderwerpen. Koffie, thee en water zijn gratis.
Conversation group
If your spoken Dutch is already quite good but you could do with some more practise, the Kam Wednesday conversation group is highly recommended. Participation is dependent on passing an evaluation test. A designated Dutch-speaking supervisor will be in attendance.
Practice in your spare time
For those of you looking for a fun way of trying out their Dutch in their free time, how about cooking or crafting? Or maybe you prefer sports or just chatting? Or would you like to learn something completely new?
